Q: When does the application process begin for next summer?
A: The application is now live. We will be coming to your campus or area in October. Click here for schedule.
Q: What do I have to do to apply for camp?
A:
- All applicants must complete an online application and Sign up for a Group Interview.
- We will be visiting your campus or area in September through November. Sign up with your Campus Contact or Online to participate in a Group Interview.
- NEW! Individual Interviews will be scheduled after the completion of the Group Interview. All participants in the Group Interview may not receive an individual interview.
Q: Do I get paid?
A: Yes. Salaries start at $200 per week. Staffers are paid by direct deposit bi-weekly.
Q: How long will I be at camp?
A: That is up to you. We are accepting positions for a full summer of camp which runs for 8-10 weeks depending on the property, or we are open to partial summer options.
Q: How old do I have to be?
A: You have to have completed one year of college.
Q: What experience should I have?
A: We look for staff with experience in sharing the gospel of Christ, leading recreation and ministering to middle and high school students.
Q: Will I be trained?
A: We take 10 to 14 days to train staffers at the beginning of the summer. We will train each staffer in Bible Study, Team Building, Recreation, “Points of Impact” and other areas.
Q: Are there any prerequisites to being a Crossings Staffer?
A: After being hired, you must get your Lifeguard and First Aid/CPR Certifications. This must complete prior to arrival for training week (May 09)
