Gracemore

Gracemore is a quiet retreat cabin located at the front of the Cedarmore Main Campus. Nestled in the woods, Gracemore is a perfect lodging option for those seeking solitude with access to the comforts of the main campus.

Boone Lodge

Boone Lodge is a main point on the Cedarmore campus; it houses guest rooms, the Crossings Cafe, and the Dining Room. The beautiful view from the back deck overlooks a forested ravine and offers vivid sunsets.

  • Maximum capacity per room: up to 8
  • Each room has a private bathroom

Meeting

  • Lower level has 3 partitioned meeting rooms which can be converted into one large space.
  • Maximum capacity: 120

Evergreen Cabins

Evergreen Cabins (Spruce, Pine and Cedar) are quietly tucked inside the treeline for a private feel. These three cabins are located next to Fields Cabin.

Lodging

  • 3 cabins holding 24 guests each
  • Each side of cabin has a bathroom
  • Bunk beds only (6 on each side of the cabin)

Meeting

  • Small gathering space in middle of each cabin

Fields Cabin

Fields Cabin is located on one of the highest points on the Cedarmore Main Campus. With its log cabin feel, Fields Cabin offers comfortable lodging and a front deck to enjoy the scenery.

Lodging

    • Total maximum capacity: 40
    • Cabin sleeps 20 on each side
    • Both sides of cabin have a multi-stall bathroom
    • Bunk beds only (10 bunks on each side)

      Meeting

        • Common area in the middle of the cabin has a small kitchenette complete with refrigerator, sink, and microwave

          Williams-Wallace Lodge

          Williams-Wallace Lodge, completed in 2007, is in the center of the Cedarmore Main Campus on a hill overlooking Boone Lodge. The back deck area is a great place to fellowship and enjoy the natural forest surroundings.

          • Each room has a private bathroom
          • Camp & Retreat Setup:
            • Total maximum capacity: 148
            • 17 rooms of 8; 2 rooms of 6

            Meeting

            • 2 meeting areas on main level with small kitchenettes (refrigerator, sink, and microwave), couches, tables and chairs.
            • TV/DVD mounted in each main level meeting area
            • Kitchenette on lower level

            Cedarcrest Campus

            The Cedarcrest campus is located at the front of Cedarmore, before the Main Campus. Completely surrounded by trees, each Cedarcrest space offers solitude, peace and the sounds of nature.

              • 11 Cabins holding 16 people each (7 bunks and 2 twins)
              • Each cabin has a bathroom and small common area
            • Lodge
              • Rooms 1-6 hold up to 4 people each (two bunk beds)
              • Room 7 holds up to 2 people (two twin beds and no shower)
              • Each room has private bathroom
              • Central meeting area
              • 2 Bunk beds only (except twin room)
