Fields Worship Center
The Fields Worship Center is a large-group meeting space, equipped with state-of-the-art sound, video & lighting capabilities. The worship center adjoins the Fields Conference Center and is a short walk from lodges and cabins.

- Seating capacity: 200 minimum; 700 maximum

Byrdwell Conference Center
Renovated in 2010, the Byrdwell Conference Center now boasts a large meeting space along with conference rooms. The large meeting space includes a theatre-style stage, widescreen front displays, sound and lighting. It is an ideal venue for groups up to 200 people.

- Minimum 150 guests to rent
- Stage, lighting and rear projection screens are provided.

Crossings Cafe
Crossings Cafe, located in Boone Lodge, is a great place to relax and fellowship in a warm, coffee house environment. The widescreen television with dvd player and surround sound make for excellent movie nights.

Fields Conference Center
The Fields Conference Center is a state-of-the-art meeting space with 50” plasma televisions in every room. This space, great for small groups or larger meetings, is just a short walk from any of the main campus lodgings.
Meeting
- Six meeting rooms used separately or can be combined:
- Single room capacity: 50
- Double room capacity: 100
- Triple room capacity: 150
- Audio/Visual capabilities:
- 50″ plasma screen TV with A/V and/or laptop connection
- If triple room is used, all three screens can project the same image

Martha Ware Chapel
The Martha Ware Chapel is set on a hillside with a beautiful view of the woods and serves as a space for meetings and worship services.
