Personal Information

We collect personal information from users completing online forms for purposes of registering for camp, requesting information, obtaining employment, or submitting release forms. This information includes, but is not limited to, group registration information, staff applicant information, visitor's name, postal address, e-mail address, and telephone number.

Health Information

In the Medical Release Form for summer camps, information relating to the health history of the guest is requested. Our guidelines with respect to health history information can be found in our Health Information Policy.

How Your Information is Used

We will use the information provided to us by users to process registration/applications, respond to requests/inquiries, provide you with services on our website, and share product, service or camp news wand offers with you. We will not disclose your information to any third party except when we deem it necessary to fulfill a specific request or obligation to you or in order to comply with valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order.

Sensitive information (such as credit card numbers and personal identification numbers) is transmitted via 128 bit encryption using SSL technology.

Requested Health Information

The health information collected about each camper includes, but is not limited to, information regarding allergies (such as whether a guest is allergic to any medications, foods, or other substances) or chronic concerns (such as whether a guest has been diagnosed with an eating disorder, diabetes, asthma, or requires any special dietary needs).

How Health Information is Used

Except as set forth herein, health information submitted to us will be kept in strict confidence and only used for internal administrative purposes, such as but not limited to, medical treatment of guests, accommodation of dietary needs, assignment of housing accommodations, and determination of guest's ability to participate in camp activities.

By submitting health information to us, you acknowledge your understanding of the policies in this statement and expressly authorize Crossings Ministries to use that information in the matter set forth above.
