- Boone Lodge holds 258 guests, 4 guests per room during conference season. Other arrangements can be made depending on the size and age of the group.
- The room set-up for each room is one queen sized bed and two twin beds, with a bathroom in each room.
- Crossings Café is located in Boone Lodge on the first floor. The café has wireless internet and a large screen TV with surround sound.
- Our Dining Hall is also located on the first floor of Boone Lodge. All of our meals are served here.
- The basement of Boone Lodge has a conference room that holds a maximum of 120 guests, or divides into 3 smaller rooms, each holding up to 40 guests.

- Byrdwell holds a maximum of 400 guests and has a minimum of 100 guests to rent.
- There is a sound system, stage, and lighting as well as rear projection.

- Each room contains a flat-screen monitor for video/presentation display.

- The Evergreen Cabins are three cabins each holding up to 24 guests, totaling 72 guests.
- The cabins hold 12 people of each side, each side having their own bathroom with 2 showers, 2 toilets, and 3 sinks. There is a middle area for meeting space or “hanging out.”

- Fields Cabin holds a maximum of 36 guests (two sides sleep 18 guests each).
- The cabin is divided with two rooms separated by a small middle area with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink.
- Each side has bathroom accommodations, four showers, four toilets, and 5 sinks.

- Williams-Wallace holds a maximum of 110 guests. There are 17 rooms that sleep 6 guests and 2 rooms that sleep 4 guests.
- Each room has a private bathroom.
- On either side of the top floor, there is a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and cabinet space.
- These sides are used as meeting space for those occupying guests.

- Cedarcrest Lodge holds a maximum of 24 people (6 rooms that sleep 4 guests). There is also a private bathroom in every room.
- There is a middle area to occupying guests to meet and a small kitchenette off to the side of the main area.
- The basement of the lodge hold up to 50 people and used as a meeting area.
