Crossings is offering a new program option for graduated seniors in 2009! Staff in Training is a new experience where graduated seniors will shadow Summer Staffers and help facilitate POIs, Bible Study, kitchen and grounds operations, activities - anything that Summer Staffers do!
Who is Staff In Training for?
Staff in Training is not for all graduated seniors (those who have completed grade 12). This program is for your cream-of-the-crop students who exhibit leadership potential and spiritual maturity.
Why Staff In Training?

- Meet other students from your future college home
- Experience a new side of camp (for those who have been several years)
Cost?
The cost for Staff in Training is the same registration cost for all campers. No extra expense is required. Program participants will lodge with their church group, and will spend the majority of their day with Summer Staffers.
How can I get students involved in Staff In Training?
Staff in Training participants are selected by you, the Group Leader, via your Group Leader Account, and approved by Crossings Staff. Again, this program is not for all graduated seniors, so please be selective in your recommendations.
