Group Leaders Get Ready For Camp

Financial Policies

You may register for camp by calling our office at 502.491.7000 or by filling out an online registration form. Our regular office hours are 8:30am-5:00pm Eastern Time.

Online registration will be submitted to our office to check availability. You will then be contacted by e-mail or telephone for a confirmation.

  • Pay be credit card (Visa and MasterCard) by calling Crossings at 502.491.7000. (In order to help recoup some costs incurred by credit card processing, a 2% fee will be added for all payments made via credit cards).

Special Promo Rates

Groups registering after October 9, 2009 are no longer eligible to receive the Promo Rates.

Groups that have registered before October 9, 2009 and have paid their $500 group deposit must still meet the deadline for postmarking a $75 per-person deposit on or before February 15, 2010. Groups failing to meet the February 15 deadline will be given the regular camp rate.

Early Bird Rates

A $75 per-person deposit must be postmarked on or before February 15, 2010 to secure this rate.

(Please note: Prices increase by $10 per person if deposits are postmarked after February 15, 2010).

Regular Camp rates

Groups registering after February 15, 2010 will receive the regular camp rate.

A $75 per-person deposit is required to reserve camp spaces and to guarantee reservations.

Final Payments

Final payments must be postmarked 14 days prior to your arrival at camp. (See your final invoice for specific date)

Groups that do not meet the final payment deadline will be charged a $150 late fee.

If final payment due date is on a Sunday, postmarking on the following Monday will be accepted.

All deposits will be applied toward final balance except in the case of drops in numbers after February 15, 2010.

Cancellations and Changes in Numbers

The $500 group deposit (only applicable to groups that registered on or before 10/9/09) is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not applicable toward the $75 per-person deposits.

If groups drop registration numbers after February 15, 2010 (or after the $75 per-person deposits have been paid for groups registering after February 15), the deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Groups may drop registration numbers BEFORE the final payment deadline without being responsible for the final balance; however, the $75 per-person deposits remains non-refundable and non-transferable.

Final group numbers must be submitted to Crossings no later than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival at camp. Numbers on file at this time will be the minimum number for billing. Groups reducing numbers less than two weeks prior to camp will be responsible for payment in full for the number of guests on our records as of the 14 day deadline.

Final payments will NOT be refunded after 14 days prior to your arrival.

Groups may add to their registration numbers ANY TIME before their scheduled camp arrival if space is available. Call us if you have additions!

Age/Gender breakdowns must be submitted to Crossings no later than 14 days prior to your arrival at camp. If there are changes in the age/gender breakdown or additions please call our main office.
